ساده ترین عبارت برای عذرخواهی کردن در موقعیت های دوستانه و غیر رسمی عبارات Sorryو یا I’m Sorryمی باشد. که در پاسخ به آن می توان از این عبارات استفاده نمود. اشکالی ندارد- عیبی ندارد : It’s okو یا مهم نیست: Never mind1- واقعا متأسفم.I’m really sorry2- خیلی متأسفم.I’m awfully sorry3- خیلی خیلی متأسفم.
