Mizan, a news agency affiliated with the Islamic Republic’s judiciary, reported that his death sentence was carried out after being upheld by the Supreme Court. مریم خسروی، فاطمه جامی و معصومه آژینی، سه زن زندانی در گرگان، همچنان در زندان به سر می‌برند؛ در حالی که مریم خسروی به بیش از دو سال حبس محکوم شده و فاطمه جامی و معصومه آژینی با گذشت هفته‌ها و ماه‌ها از زمان بازداشت، همچنان در بلاتکلیفی قضایی قرار دارند.مریم خسروی، مادر سه فرزند، از شب چهارشنبه‌سوری در بازداشت به سر می‌برد. بر اساس اطلاعات رسیده، او در پرونده تشکیل‌شده علیه خود مجموعاً به دو سال و سه ماه حبس محکوم شده است.با وجود گذشت چند ماه از بازداشت، درخواست‌های مطرح‌شده برای اعطای مرخصی به مریم خسروی و همچنین فراهم شدن امکان ادامه دوران محکومیت او با استفاده از پابند الکترونیکی با مخالفت مسئولان مواجه شده است.فاطمه جامی، فعال محیط‌زیست و مادر یک پسر ۱۶ ساله، روز ۹ تیرماه ۱۴۰۵ در منزل خود در گرگان توسط مأموران پلیس فتا بازداشت شد. بازداشت او در ارتباط با فعالیت‌هایش در فضای مجازی، به‌ویژه اینستاگرام، صورت گرفته و او در دادسرای گرگان مورد تفهیم اتهام قرار گرفته است.با گذشت ۵۳ روز از زمان بازداشت فاطمه جامی، پرونده او همچنان در دادسرای عمومی و انقلاب گرگان در حال بررسی است و تاکنون جلسه‌ای برای رسیدگی به پرونده وی برگزار نشده است. او همچنان بدون تعیین تکلیف در زندان گرگان نگهداری می‌شود.معصومه آژینی، شهروند ۶۳ ساله و خواهر محمود آژینی، از زندانیان سیاسی اعدام‌شده در کشتار زندانیان سیاسی سال ۱۳۶۷، روز ۱۵ فروردین ۱۴۰۵ بازداشت شد.او پیش‌تر نیز در سال ۱۳۹۸ به دلیل دادخواهی برای برادرش بازداشت شده و حدود یک سال را در زندان فردیس کرج سپری کرده بود. پس از آزادی نیز گزارش‌هایی از ادامه فشارها، احضارها و تهدیدهای امنیتی علیه او منتشر شده بود.اکنون با گذشت ۱۴۰ روز از بازداشت معصومه آژینی، او همچنان در زندان گرگان و در بلاتکلیفی قضایی به سر می‌برد. بر اساس آخرین اطلاعات، دادسرای عمومی و انقلاب گرگان برای آزادی موقت او وثیقه تعیین کرده و خانواده نیز وثیقه را تأمین کرده‌اند، اما با وجود تأمین وثیقه، از آزادی موقت او جلوگیری شده است.ادامه بازداشت این سه زن در شرایطی است که فاطمه جامی و معصومه آژینی همچنان بدون تعیین تکلیف نهایی قضایی در زندان نگهداری می‌شوند و مریم خسروی نیز با وجود داشتن سه فرزند، از مرخصی و امکان استفاده از پابند الکترونیکی محروم مانده است@iranhrdc#DigitalBlackoutIran#iran_strikes #iran_human_rights#iranmassacre#مریم_خسروی#فاطمه_جامی#معصومه_آژینی

According to information received, she has been sentenced to a total of two years and three months in prison in the case brought against her.Despite her months-long detention, officials have rejected requests to grant Khosravi temporary leave or allow her to serve the remainder of her sentence under electronic monitoring.Jami, an environmental activist and the mother of a 16-year-old son, was arrested at her home in Gorgan by Iran’s Cyber Police on June 30, 2026. Her arrest was linked to her online activities, particularly on Instagram, and she was formally charged at the Gorgan Prosecutor’s Office.Fifty-three days after her arrest, Jami’s case remains under investigation at the Gorgan Public and Revolutionary Prosecutor’s Office, and no court hearing has been held. She remains imprisoned in Gorgan without a final determination in her case.Azhini, 63, is the sister of Mahmoud Azhini, a political prisoner executed during the 1988 mass executions of political prisoners. She was arrested on April 4, 2026.She had previously been arrested in 2019 for seeking justice for her brother and spent approximately one year in Fardis Prison in Karaj. Following her release, reports indicated that she continued to face pressure, summonses, and threats from security agencies.Now, 140 days after her arrest, Azhini remains imprisoned in Gorgan amid continued legal uncertainty. According to the latest information, the Gorgan Public and Revolutionary Prosecutor’s Office set bail for her temporary release, which her family secured.
